Description of Service

BEUCE HUB is a professional figure collection management application designed for iOS devices. The App provides tools for tracking, analyzing, and managing collectible figures, including but not limited to:

• Asset archive and tracking system
• Collection overview and analytics
• Timeline and lifecycle management
• Care and maintenance reminders
• Data export and backup functionality

Important: All pricing and value information provided by the App is for personal reference only. BEUCE HUB is not a trading or valuation platform.

Data Storage and Privacy

BEUCE HUB stores all data locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not collect, transmit, or access your data. All information remains on your device and is never shared with third parties.

• No network access is required for core functionality
• No cloud storage or synchronization
• No data collection or analytics
• You are responsible for backing up your data using the export functionality

License and Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Payment and Refunds

BEUCE HUB is available as a one-time purchase through the App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

• No subscriptions or recurring fees
• All features are included in the purchase price
• Refund requests must be made through Apple's standard refund process

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or other causes.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time. We may release updates that add, modify, or remove features. You are responsible for keeping the App updated to the latest version.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is distributed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
